Summary:Civic activist John Coleman won a commission seat with a comfortable majority on Tuesday night. "When the final results show you have more than 50 percent of the vote, it's a very good feeling," a jubilant Coleman said. "There's a shift of power in this city, and it's going to be good. He had strong support from the mayor and vice mayor Dick Blattner.
