Summary: | Q. I read in one of your previous columns about the recall of board members. I am the president of the board for a condo in Delray Beach. Last week, I was informed by one of the unit owners that they are in the process of gathering a petition to recall the vice president of the board. When I asked the unit owners why they wanted to recall him, I was told that they do not agree with the way he has been voting. Since the vice president has not done anything wrong, I do not believe that the unit owners have the authority to recall him. |
