Progress on N. Pownal bridge work

Board Chairman Nelson Brownell said Sunday that the .24-acre parcel, owned by Alonzo Bisson of Pownal, is located on the western side of the bridge, which crosses the Hoosic River near the site of a former general store and mill on Route 346.
