Summary: | Mr. [Ron Storm] said he spent more than 40 hours hanging the lights and fixing electric bows, candy canes and train displays on his rooftop and lawn. At his Jerome Avenue home, not a single light is hanging, drooping or dangling out of place. Small individual clips hold them just right. "One woman had two boys and her husband was overseas," Mrs. [Mary Dilworth] said. The family photo they took at Mrs. Dilworth's home was destined for the husband and father serving in Iraq, she said. Pasadena's Larry Geidel, however, opts to keep his display under wraps. Almost 1,100 Santas of all kinds make up Mr. Geidel's private collection, which he displays during the holiday season every year throughout his home. |
