Summary:They allow you 15 a day and 30 in possession. This was supposed to be the best year for quail in Arizona in the past 20 years due to good winter and spring moisture. And there were certainly lots of quail. The ability of a quail to hunker down in crevices between boulders, under slabs of sandstone and inside jungles of cactus is also impressive. I lost three birds even with a dog, but managed to get the possession limit while my companion got 23, over three times his previous total. Learning is really possible!
