Varnville boy, 3, drowns PC Edition
Charles A. Brunson of Varnville was playing at Varnville Pool on U.S. Highway 278 shortly before 11:30 a.m. Tuesday when he went under water, Hampton County Coroner Gordon Rhoden said.
