The designer of the conceptual drawing is BenchMark Engineering of Cheyenne P.C. Larry Brinlee / staff Traffic moves through North Central Avenue and Yellowstone Road Saturday.Reconstruction of the intersection will begin this summer to re-align theroads and install an underground pedestrian tunnel.
