IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE CREATED THROUGH MAIL BALLOT ELECTION

The Laramie County commissioners have authorized a mail ballot election to create a new service and improvement district for the Vandehei Estate/North Forty area. Laramie County Clerk Debbye Lathrop said there were enough signatures on the petition to warrant a mail ballot election.
