Summary:It is welcome news that Ernie Eves came forward to do something about our ghastly Hydro bills. Especially just before the looming election. I feel sorry for the leaders of the opposition parties in so much that they assume the dreaded Tories will go back into power. This was evident when they both said, "watch out when the election is over. Those Tories will turn things around and rescind the whole rebate program plus up the wattage cost." Boy! That doesn't say much for the Liberals and NDP. I hope they are not giving up yet, thinking the Tories will be the next governing body again!
