Summary:[Mike Proudfoot] estimated the total turnout at Saturday's three-hour event was 130 people and, while he admits talking to [Bill Harper] about the councillor's concerns, Proudfoot said he didn't hear dissent from other attendees. "People in New Westminster are concerned about what the North and South Fraser perimeter projects mean for the city," Harper said. "There was nobody there to answer questions about why the North Fraser project will be completed before the South Fraser." with Proudfoot promising more information on the South Fraser in the spring and the North Fraser "as we get further advanced in this project." Consultation on the Pitt River Bridge portion of the project has already gotten underway.
