| Summary: | IT'S on again. The annual exhibition of political cartoons put on by the National Museum of Australia. This year 67 cartoonists have submitted 302 cartoons for what has become one of the biggest media events held in the national capital. Undeterred, the National Museum, which also didn't have a building back then, pushed on with its involvement in cartooning. In 1992 there was an exhibition of cartoons called The Art of Politics, and that exhibition was followed in 1994 by Peter Nicholson's Rubbery Years. Both exhibitions were held in the Old Parliament House.
