Any power given to Quebec should also be given to every other province. What does Ontario care? By the time all this constitutional stuff happens, municipalities will be doing all the work anyway. Ontario Premier Mike Harris did his bit. He sent out a questionnaire to every household in Ontario. I got mine just before the postal strike. The deadline to get it back to the government was just after the postal strike. |
