Summary:Did I hear correctly, or was it just my imagination, that certain officials fear that church suppers, pot ucks, and fund-raising dinners pose a health risk? If that is indeed what I heard, I smell a rat and must get my two cents worth in here. I take offence to these inspectors, and those behind such a move, who would dare to single out churches. They must also be implying Sikh temples, Jewish synagogues and Muslim mosques. So, why churches only? May I suggest that this is a smokescreen for a more sinister underlying motive, possibly even prejudice.
