Fence frustration leads to boycott Final Edition
Sir: Last Thursday, I attempted to go to the grocery store on the east side of Northgate Plaza. Because I live on the west side (in Point Edward), I chose to use the entrance off Colborne Road. I ended up in a gridlock of traffic because the centre of the lot was completely blocked off.
