Summary: | With the unemployment rate hovering around 8 percent and homes foreclosing at alarming rates, many who once found digging up a birth certificate a minor inconvenience are edging closer to the real uncertainty of homelessness and long-term unemployment. If the State Road and Tollway Authority has already collected more than enough monies to retire the debt, they should simply put the required amount in an escrow account and make the final payments per the schedule. |
