The company is building a retail shopping center at the intersection that also will have a Quiznos and a Moe's Southwest Grill. [Andy Ewing] said the Lovejoy location was picked because of the rise of residential and commercial development in that area. Ewing said the Starbucks should be open by the end of the year. The Quiznos and Moe's should be open by April 2007, Ewing said. The development will be called The Villages of Ellenwood. It will consist of a Wal-Mart on 26 acres at Grant and Anvil Block roads. Another 20 acres will be used for commercial development and a retail shopping center.
