Summary: | I am sure that I have not been alone in writing to several large newspapers (including The Atlanta Journal-Constitution) pleading that they do what [Robert S. McIntyre] urges: Stop reporting rumors as news. You can still report or alert us to "news" as you are getting the facts and details straight, but tell it like it is. Also, do not just repeat some meaningless statistic fed to you by some group or person, which is contradicted a month later by another meaningless statistic. The fact that [Cynthia Tucker] has ordered that [Bill O'Reilly]'s column be dropped is just more proof that she is full of socialist bigotry and will simply not stand for a different viewpoint than her own. Queen Tucker will just not long tolerate hearing a non-leftist commentator express his views. O'Reilly expresses conservative viewpoints we are entitled to hear but are obviously anathema to Tucker and her dwarfs, Jim Wooten excepted. Will sanity ever return to the pages of the AJC? |
