Summary:[John Kerry] is also attacking President [Bush] for his reserve duty. Who cares? We want to know what Kerry is going to do that is different from what the Bush administration is doing. From what I can see, he has no plan and no vision for the country, with the exception of raising taxes. [Cynthia Tucker]'s adroit comparison of the military service records of Messrs. Bush, [Dick Cheney] and Kerry should (but doubtless won't) shame and silence the vice president. True, Disney stands to lose money in tax breaks, but that is only a small piece of the puzzle. Within today's politically charged environment, it's reasonable to assume that Disney is more concerned about the financial backlash from consumers who might cancel their plans to visit Disney because its name is associated with this potentially inflammatory movie. So the question for Disney becomes: Will the revenues generated by the movie exceed or at least equal the potential revenue that would be lost from those who protest the movie and from potentially lost tax incentives?
