Since 1986 that handsomely-styled building that provided diners a most striking view of the East Ohio countryside and Interstate 70, has been vacant. Except for those times when vandals decided to wreak damage on the new building. Within a month though, the building will be bustling with activity thanks to a former St. Clairsville businessman who purchased the 11-acre site just west of Morristown and has laid the groundwork for a new type of venture in the building.
