Summary:Another opportunity that has been made available through this program is the chance to compete in the Hospitality Cup at the Greenbrier Resort. Mrs. [Joey Halstead] and the class's chef mentor pick four students and an alternate to compete according to grade level, skills and the ability to work together. Katie Adler, Kara Alvey, Lori DeHart, Gwen Cornwell, and Billy King have been chosen this year to compete at the Greenbrier. These five students will be practicing to better their skills and timing to cook a three-course meal in one hour with only two burners and no other electrical equipment.
