Summary: | The Hilltoppers have been one of the most consistent Group of Five programs over the past decade, a perennial contender for the Conference USA championship and an annual bowl team. [...]the Rockets are aware of the challenge that awaits. When Toledo has the ball The Rockets have the nation's No. 18 scoring offense (42.7 points per game), led by quarterback Tucker Gleason, who's completed north of 60 percent of his passes for nine touchdowns and zero interceptions. Special teams The Rockets got a major special teams boost from placekicker Dylan Cunanan last week. Opponents are averaging 19.0 yards per kick return and the Rockets have only given up 12 punt return yards. If Veltkamp is on and Toledo's secondary struggles, it could be hard for the Rockets to keep up. |
