Summary:Spinks, the son of former heavyweight champ Leon Spinks, decided to keep boxing, keep King and give it one more try in his hometown. Spinks (34-3, 11 KOs) will challenge Roman Karmazin (34-1- 1, 21 KOs) for his IBF 154-pound title tomorrow night at the Savvis Center in St. Louis in a 12-round title bout on Showtime's "Championship Boxing" at 10 p.m. Spinks hasn't fought since he lost to [Judah] on Feb. 5, 2005, and he has never fought at 154 pounds. His 11 knockouts are an indication that he didn't pack a loaded punch as a welterweight. But he is the epitome of a crafty southpaw. In winning the undisputed welterweight title against Ricardo Mayorga, Spinks proved that he has a granite chin. Karmazin, a Russian army veteran, will test it early and often.
