Summary: | Dear Martha Carr: I have a work problem, and I am really suffering under it. My boss doesn't like me (or anyone else) and never has a kind word for me. He is cryptic in the extreme, and when I question him about anything, he asks me if I am "stupid or just deaf." It makes working here very difficult, but the pay is very good and I couldn't match the health benefits anywhere else. I have tried to look at it in a positive way (that it's his problem, not mine), but it doesn't work. It is my problem because I can't get away from it or deal with it well enough that it doesn't bother me any more. |
