Summary:[Lech Walesa], leader of Baltic area strikers, received Holy Communion at Cardinal Wyszynski's quiet, stone chapel in the heart of Warsaw's Old City. After the Mass, the gray-haired cleric embraced and kissed Walesa. The cardinal, who 13 days ago appealed over Polish television for an end to the strikes, had asked to see Walesa "in recognition of him as a very God- fearing man," Walesa's associates said. A church spokesman said Walesa had asked for the meeting. Walesa, who drove here from Gdansk late Saturday with a 17- member delegation of aides and Baltic area churchmen, had breakfast with CardinalWyszynski after the Mass. Joining them were the Gdansk deputy bishop, Kazimierz Kluz, Rev. Henryk Jankowski, a parish priest, and three of Walesa's associates.
