Summary:Lucy Peterson and Gail Brandon, sitting at the corner table next to the file cabinet, are among the few women who venture into this otherwise male turf. This remote room was originally granted to Goodword as a retirement home. When she refused to retire, the room rights reverted to the faculty and the desks were moved in. Goodword felt right at home amidst the paperwork and decided to stay. The area has been expunged from all current school floor plans in the hopes that outsiders will not stray where they are not welcomed.
