Summary:What was surprising was how Aurora won. Nineteen players were ejected after a bench-clearing brawl with almost eight minutes left in the first half-nine from Aurora and 10 from host Judson. "I've coached 36 years and I've never witnessed anything like that before," said Aurora coach Don Holler, whose team is 16-5 overall and 6-0 in the NIIC. "And I don't expect to witness anything like that again in my lifetime." The fight occurred after Judson's John Hamman tackled Aurora's Justin Brown to prevent a breakaway scoring attempt. When Brown took a swing at Hamman, all of Aurora's players left their bench, while all but two players left Judson's bench.
