Summary:You can download 30-day demo versions of Hot Dog and NaviPress from the following sites: Getting your own home page requires two elements: an HTML coding program and a server to run the page. A Web page is mostly just a text document, but it needs to have certain codes added to it in order for it to display properly when accessed by someone's Web browser. These codes are called HTML, for Hypertext Markup Language. It's a $20 name for a two-bit process. Basically, these codes involve the insertion of markers in your text that tell the Web browser what to do. For example, when it sees a `p" at the end of a body of text, this tells the browser that it has reached the end of a paragraph. Failure to put p's at the end of each paragraph will result in the browser displaying the entire document as one unbroken block of type, which would make for a pretty ugly page.
