Most people at the table - including Susan and I - ordered prime rib. When it was served, Susan got a piece that looked dry. She saw my plate and exclaimed, "Oh, I like fatty meat. I'll trade plates with you." I was so shocked. To be polite, I gave her my plate. Later, I asked the waiter for a replacement. On afterthought, my instinct would be to say "no" and to lecture her on manners. What would you have done?
