The reason medical malpractice verdicts and medical malpractice insurance premiums are high is because physicians are more careless and are causing more catastrophic injuries. Let's face it, physicians must realize that their malpractice insurance costs have risen because their level of competency has dropped, not because of medical malpractice claims. |
