Summary:In what led to the biggest seizure so far, Bronx gang unit officers patrolling in the 44th Precinct Thursday night stopped a car at East 167th Street and Sherman Avenue for a traffic violation and spotted a vial of what they believed to be crack in the vehicle, said Deputy Insp. James McCool. Police were told the tickets came from Kev's Copy Center at 355 Lenox Ave. in Harlem. Undercover police brought an actual Game 2 ticket, for Box 532, C2, into the store and asked for copies to be made, McCool said. "People were fighting over the price of tickets," [Joseph Esposito] said. The alleged seller, Jamal Berges, 32, of the Longwood section of the Bronx, allegedly grabbed $3,200 from a prospective buyer of eight fake tickets.
