Floral Park* * * For example, they proclaimed that the New York City mayoral election was divided along racial lines and stressed that 76 percent of the white vote went for Giuliani. But, hey, 95 percent of the black vote went for Dinkins. Where do these gurus think the other 23 percent of the white vote went? If any of the vote was racial, it had to have been the black vote.
