Summary:Kelly Angell, the 20-year-old from South Portland who is accused of leaving her newborn boy in a toilet bowl at Logan Airport in Boston, will spend the next 20 days locked in a state hospital in Massachusetts, undergoing a psychiatric eval- uation. A judge ordered the evaluation during Angell's arraignment Tuesday. During the court appearance, Angell pleaded innocent to abandoning a baby and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Tabin said that although Angell is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon -- which included the toilet and toilet paper that covered the infant -- "there wasn't a lot of toilet paper. The baby came out, there was no toilet paper sticking to him."
