It is perfectly acceptable to have dessert, as long as you make it healthy. In blender or food processor, puree one peeled and pitted peach and one ripe banana. Add 1/2 cup (125 mL) peach nectar and 1/4 cup (50 mL) plain yogurt; process until combined. Drizzle over sliced peaches and other favourite fruit, or add more yogurt to thicken and use as a dip. |
