The No. 3 commuter train leaving the Waterfront Centre tomorrow evening will be transformed into the first-ever Winter Craft Train. The special run is expected to attract 2,000 passengers to shop or sightsee in Vancouver, said West Coast Express spokeswoman Trish Webb.
