Summary:Elective offices; other government experience: Cudahy Alderman, 4th District, 1980 to present, Democratic Party National Convention Democracy Program for Cudahy High, Chairman Allied Vet. Council, Vice Chairman, Cudahy War Memorial Fund, vice president Smolinski said the establishment of tax incremental financing districts and the Community Development Authority had allowed Packard Plaza to be revitalized and the Vilter Corp. to move to Cudahy. Smolinski said he would work to see that such projects continued. Smolinski said the redevelopment of the downtown area would serve to lower taxes.
