Sherwood, wearing shorts and a tank top, appeared subdued in court Tuesday and answered a series of questions by the judge. Watkins appeared before Noce several hours later. "For both the FBI and Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department I think there's some satisfaction that a lot of good hard work has paid off in locating these individuals," Las Vegas FBI spokesman Burk Smith said. "Now we move from the fugitive phase of the investigation into the courtroom phase."
