But Toothman has refused to sign Dorethy's ouster petition and solidly supports the UAW. Health Care _ Caterpillar proposes no health insurance premiums, deductibles or co-payments for workers who use health-care networks set up by the company. Workers using doctors and hospitals outside the network would receive 70 percent coverage.
