Summary:NOTICE TEXT: The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), Intramural Research Program (IRP) is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations having the capability to provide the NIDA IRP with all personnel and services required to recruit, screen and fully evaluate potential research participants for acceptance into a research protocol by the Federal Scientists. The contractor will provide discharge planning for residential research participants that may include referrals to other facilities or agencies. The contractor will pay out all remuneration to the research participants. The schedule and the amount of remuneration will be determined by the government. Contractor services will be performed at the NIDA, IRP located on the Johns Hopkins Bayview Research Campus in Baltimore, Maryland. This work is currently being performed by NOVA Research Company under Contract N01DA-6-9052.
