Compared with the proposals raised at CPPCC meetings in 1998 and 2002, the latest one clarifies that the Constitution and relevant laws should be amended to ensure equal protection. The federation, one of 34 different groups represented in the CPPCC, indicated only when the Constitution clarifies the principle on the protection of private enterprises and private assets can the legal system be further improved in this regard.
