Summary:Preheat the grill to low if you will only be cooking the cauliflower or on high if you will also be preparing meat. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with the curry powder, honey, kosher salt and oil. Remove the cauliflower, and gently toss the tomatoes in the same mixture. Place the cauliflower evenly across the grill if the heat is set to low, or spread the cauliflower over the top rack if the heat is on high. Cover the grill, then check and flip the florets every 2 to 3 minutes. Cook while covered for a total of 7 to 10 minutes, or until the florets are soft.
