Summary:First, there's a Col. Klink-type character named Winter ([James Gandolfini]), who's the warden at the maximum-security military prison that, not surprisingly, looks like a castle. In fact, it looks a lot like the Disney Studio castle logo, what with its turrets and crenelated walls. Then there's the Hogan clone in Irwin ([Robert Redford]), a cashiered three-star general who's in prison for reasons not revealed until three-quarters of the way through the movie. Irwin likes challenging authority, particularly when it comes to martinets like Winter who have never been on a real battlefield.
