Summary:Hidden from the camera and out of the print media, a similar development is taking place in neighboring Ethiopia and Sudan. The Islamic fundamental government of Sudan is bombing and starving its own southern Christian and animist people. Paradoxically, the guerrilla groups fighting against the government do not allow food aid to reach the people. The one ethnic-based, Stalinist rebel group that shot its way into power in Ethiopia is leading the country into the usual spiral of autocratic rule, war and famine.
