Summary:When Barry Hearn took control of Leyton Orient in 1995 he said he would be disappointed if the club were not in the First Division by the new millennium. The chairman may have been optimistic on that front but his team at least moved to within 90 minutes of the Second last night. A spectacular 25-yard shot by the left-back Matthew Lockwood completed Orient's recovery from a 1-0 first-leg deficit and earned them a play-off with Blackpool in Cardiff on Saturday week. "Drugs? Who needs them," said a delighted Hearn. "Just come to Leyton Orient. I'm flying." With [Hull] offering little up front, it needed two fine saves by [Paul Musselwhite] to frustrate Lockwood from a free-kick and Jabo Ibehre from a one-on-one. But Orient were not to be denied after Gary Brabin had headed over Hull's clearest chance of the night.
