Summary:Yannick Noah, the flamboyant French former tennis star, is causing uproar on the airwaves with a rap version of La Marseillaise, the French national anthem. Indignant radio listeners across France have been calling in to protest at the single, Oh Reve - a rewrite of the anthem which they consider as irreverent as the Sex Pistols' God Save The Queen and Jimi Hendrix's Star Spangled Banner. "Le jour de gloire" (the day of glory) becomes "le jour d'y croire" (the day to believe). "Formez vos bataillons" (form your battalions) becomes "Fini, fini les bataillons".
