The proper dose of charm can keep a non-survivor like [Gervase Peterson] from being voted off a game-show island and a philandering president (you know who you are) in public office. Pyden says co- worker Steve Ramsey, whom he has known since 1993, employs charm to facilitate both professional and personal relationships. |
