Some golden advice about pastry crusts

Think of them as a cousin to peanut butter cookies, if that helps! I recently made some no-bake chocolate oat cookies and used tahini instead of peanut butter; definitely recommend it, but the finished cookie could be a little sturdier, since tahini is generally much thinner than peanut butter.
