Summary:Just before 9 p.m. Friday, an aide in the speaker's office distributed a letter from DeLeo to Supreme Judicial Court Chief Justice Ralph Gants asking for an investigation into how the Globe obtained the transcripts, saying the court "bears the sole responsibility" to prevent unauthorized access to the documents.
