Summary:Earlier in the meeting I had presented a taxpayer's perspective on a very important report that appears on the township website. I urge every Montague resident to read this report of the Integrity Commissioner which deals with the persistent bullying and breaching of council's Code of Conduct by one unnamed member of council who I have chosen to call Councillor X. It so happens that the following day I encountered a supporter of Councillor X who vehemently expressed views that have caused me great concern. This person, who never goes to council meetings, was disparaging of most of Montague's councillors and how they are "manipulated and run by their staff."
