Summary:This article explores, through ethnographic resources, the way the leadership of the Multietnico & Kaziya Nairai indigenous settlements, belonging to the ticuna-uitoto Km. 6-11 reserve in Leticia -- Amazonas -- , build their political legitimacy based on the control of the speeches centered in the preservation of the biodiversity & the protection of the culture. More precisely, this article offers elements of analysis about the Political Power construction in the heart of the "multiethnic" groups located in the southern end of the Colombian Amazon rain forest area. Finally this text demonstrates that the processes of Political Power construction can be understood in the light of the cultural changes that these societies have experienced in their historical relationships with the state power & the presence of the capitalist activity in the region.
