The production scheme for reducing the limestone and lime includes the fluidized-bed furnace with heating zones 1 and 2, calcining zone 3, and cooling zones 4 and 5 and two lines of valve-type overflow untis 6 and 7, a warehouse 8 and hopper 9 for limestone, a charging conveyor 10, air heater 11, discharge conveyors 12, lime hoppers 13 and 14, total-evaporation scrubber 15, cyclones 16, electrostatic precipitators 17, flue-gas pumps 18, flue 19, and a dust-collecting hopper 20.
